Doug Onstot
Doug grew up on a farm in the Indianola community and has been a licensed insurance agent for 18 years. Doug and his team can assist you with many products and services including Home, Auto, Health, Life, Annuities, Commercial, Surety Bonds, Farm, and Crop Insurance. Doug has dedicated over 10 years to creating a team that takes pride in our customer service, while working with our clients to find solutions that address their insurance coverage requirements!
Doug enjoys time traveling with his family, and spending time outdoors.
Nancy Onstot
Nancy grew up in Illinois and married her husband Doug, who farms near Indianola. Together, Nancy and Doug raised three boys. Nancy spent 35 years in banking before retiring, and changing careers to become a licensed agent!
Nancy has 10 years of experience in life, personal, commercial, and crop insurance. She has been with Onstot Insurance since she and her husband Doug bought the agency together with Neal Insurance in 2015.
When she is not at work, Nancy enjoys spending time at the lake,
and spending time with her kids & grandkids.
Brooke prior
Brooke grew up in Fort Dodge and moved to Des Moines to pursue a long career in dental hygiene before transitioning into the insurance industry. Brooke can handle all of your Insurance questions while specializing in commercial policies! Brooke's competitive attitude, and attention to detail makes finding the best rates & coverages for her customers easy!
Brooke has two children involved in sports and various activities that keep her life busy and exciting! You'll often find Brooke traveling, being outdoors, attending concerts, and spending time with family & friends.
Misty phillips
Born and raised in Lonetree, Iowa, Misty married her husband Lloyd and moved to Washington, Iowa. Together they moved to Indianola starting an automotive shop called Lloyd's/Phillips Auto. Since his passing, she found comfort in spending time with her daughter and grandson at their home south of Indianola! Misty has over 16 years' experience in Personal lines using her expertise and get it done attitude to solve the most complex insurance issues! Misty enjoys being a customer service representative and helping clients with their complex policies!
When she is not at work, Misty enjoys western televisions shows, taking care of her pets, and spending time with her grandchildren. Misty enjoys time with coworkers and a blended margarita!
Cheyanne Russell
Cheyanne grew up in Indianola and gained professional experience in many supervisor roles before becoming a licensed agent for personal and commercial lines. Her favorite part of the job is reviewing coverages and helping people save money.
Cheyanne and her high-school sweetheart are married with three children. Her hobbies outside of work include sewing and baking.
